Making an Appointment
at the Clinic
To be seen at the Community Clinic please note the following requirements:
  • Patients can have no type of medical insurance.
  • Prior to coming to the clinic, whether it is the first time or a return visit, patients must have a letter of denial from the heathcare program in their county. They can call their county to get information:
    • Montgomery County: 936-523-5100
    • Harris County: 713-566-6691
  • If a patient lives in another county and needs that County's phone number, please call the Clinic at 281-364-7889.
  • The appointment line will be answered until all appointments for the week have been filled. Patients may continue to call (after 12:00) until they receive the message that all appointments have been filled.

What to Expect at Your
Clinic Visit

Sign in and complete paperwork...

Meet with a social work volunteer who will:

* Fully explain the purpose and goals of the clinic and go over your paperwork.

* Help determine if you may qualify for other health care programs such as Hospital District programs or Medicaid.

* Help find available resources for other needs you may have.

  • Meet with a nurse to go over preliminary medical information.
  • Meet with a physician for your medical care.
  • Or meet with a dental staff member for your dental care needs.
